The Carroty Kid, Part I.

Monday night - - get ready to rumble! Hope's first solids - - a carrot puree lovingly prepared by Mama N. She had a couple teaspoons-full (or 1/2 tsps...whatever size this Gerber spoon is...) and all-in-all it went well. There was no shouting, no crying, no great display of displeasure... Just a few choice faces, many of which were captured on film. A lot of "oh?" "hmmm." "more, seriously?" and a decisive "no mas!"- - see below. We are encouraged and thrilled!
