Yesterday was Zane's 1st birthday! We had grand plans to eat out as a family, thwarted by a mysterious case of "the pukes" (Hope) that kept us home. Uncle Alex is coming to visit this weekend, so we'll just punt the celebration until our family pizza party on Sunday. Hope is fine today, so maybe it was all just a ploy to keep the spotlight on her? :)
