Hope referenced a picture of Alberto Contador for this painting. That's him on the left in his Astana jersey (yellow with blue). This is a signed work. The "H" is buried somewhere in thered scribble in the bottom left, but the blue "O" green "P" and red "E" are a bit clearer.
