Here we are with Leigh and Sophie at the Nike swimming pool (as "guests"). What a beautiful facility. The toddler pool is comfortably warm, treated with something other than chlorine that's more baby-friendly, and was completely quiet even though the rest of the place was humming at lunchtime on a Wednesday. There is a broad stepped area on the way in, and it only goes to 2 ft deep, so it was comfortable for us moms to sit or kneel on the bottom and float our babies safe and sound.
Hope was very calm and comfortable in the water! Her only fussing came in the locker room when I was struggling to remove her wet bathing suit. But that's an issue for adults, too! So I would say our first swim................
