Grandmama and The Big Move

Here are some photos I am finally getting around to from the big move from SE to NE, which truly could not have been accomplished so smoothly without the help of our wonderful Grandmama.

I wish I had more photos of the packing spree and move itself, but we were moving so fast it was really just a blur (as are the scant photos...perhaps an early indication that the Canon was on its last legs). These are mostly from the new house, which does look & live eerily like the old - just "better!" The dinner shot is the first legitimate meal I prepared in the new kitchen - a delicious Japaneseque soy ginger salmon with sauteed shiitakes and udon.
