So Happy Together

At 10 weeks now, Zane has become more interesting to Hope. She is very attentive, and generally quite gentle (though occasionally quite pesky). She likes to give him hugs and kisses, and to also direct his activities and whereabouts. For example, pointing to his play pad after he comes downstairs in the morning and saying: "There?!"

Hope can be quite helpful at feeding time or in diaper changing, and has the sequence of events down so well I hardly settle down and she's already making sure there's a burp cloth nearby, or handing me a diaper from the drawer. She unfortunately has a little game of stealing Zane's soothie, and has tested this out on other children in the playground. But really, the two of them are quite happy together. [cue music]
